HubSpot Integration

Time needed: 20 minutes.

Here we will guide you on how to connect your SimpleSign account with HubSpot.
This will allow you to easily create documents from HubSpot deals and sync information from your HubSpot deal into your documents at SimpleSign.

1. Login to your SimpleSign account

   

2. Go to your Add-Ons

   Open up the left menu and click on Add-Ons
   

3. Search for HubSpot

   

4. Click the HubSpot Add-On

   Next, click on “Add to SimpleSign”.
   

5. Login to your HubSpot account

   Login to your HubSpot account, then select which account you would like to sync between HubSpot and SimpleSign.
   

6. Allow SimpleSign to have sync information from your HubSpot account.

   

7. Time to test your new HubSpot integration

   Go to the HubSpot website.

8. Login to your HubSpot account

9. Select a deal

   Select a deal inside HubSpot, then click on “View record”
   

10. Click on “Create Document”

    

11. Upload a PDF, Word or Excel document, or select a saved template by searching

    

12. See your HubSpot deal contact being synced over into our template

    

13. Use HubSpot tags to automatically populate HubSpot deal information into our templates

    

14. Add more HubSpot fields into your template by searching for HubSpot tags

    Add a Content box inside your template.
    Click inside the content box and press the “Text”-button.
    

15. Search for “HubSpot” to see all available HubSpot tags.

    Your custom tags and fields inside HubSpot will be available here too.
